Made from lime wood . Still working on it

The thing .

 Made from apricot wood 15-16 years old ( very little humidity ) , the shape is nice but all the beauty is in the wood .

Moai statue .

 I think this is the most important statue i ever made because is allready been stolen , it was a gift for my brothers pub .It was made from a  cherry tree piece of wood .

The snake .

The best thing in wood sculpting is that you can find amazing pices of wood that allready have a interesting shape like this on below . I was on a road trip somewhere near Tulcea -Romania , on a road full of walnut trees and i found this piece of wood looking like a snake , check it out .

My first project .

This was my first wood  sculpture , inspired by a picture on the internet i decided to try to duplicate it . For this sculpture i used linden tree wood  about 10-15 years old , and some basic home made tools .It took me about one week to finish this statue . Enjoy
